Term of the Lease: The vacation rental lease begins at 4 p.m. (“Check-in Date”) and ends at 11 a.m. on (the “Check-out Date”).
Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in an additional late fee set at $100 unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Liability: The OWNER shall not be responsible for any accident or injuries occurring to the RENTER or guests of the RENTER on this property or premises.
The RENTER must be present at all times while guests are on the rental property.
Pool: The swimming pool on the property does not have a lifeguard. It is the RENTER’s responsibility to havea person watch the pool area at all times. The RENTER agrees that the OWNER is not liable for any injuries ordrowning.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% is due upon booking.
Entry: You will be given a # to access the property upon confirming your stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.
Rental Rate: Payment in full of the following fees shall be due within 30 days of the check-in date.
Cancelation Policy: If RENTER cancels this agreement more than thirty days prior to the commencement of the rental, the RENTER’s deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
If the RENTER cancels this agreement, 30 days or less from the commencement date of the rental, the RENTER agrees that the deposit will be retained by the OWNER as compensation for the period of time that the premises have been withheld from the rental market.
The Homeowner may also be entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken during rental period.
Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms. Contact Gabriel Lalonde for all your travel insurance needs at info@mdlfinancialgroup.ca
Payment: Rental fee is payable by e-transfer to chezgabana@gmail.com or cash.

Rules and Regulations: RENTER agrees to comply with the following RULES AND REGULATIONS affecting the area and rental premises:
(a) Smoking is restricted to outdoors.
(b) Garments, towels and wet bathing suits are to be hung in the bathrooms.
(c) Firearms including slingshots is prohibited.
(d) Telephone is not provided.
(e) Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb other residents and their guests in the neighbourhood.
(f) Garbage is to be secured by RENTER in plastic bags and placed in specified container as follows: Deposit in large bins in parking lot between the road and rental unit. Recycle is to be handled as follows: Deposit in large bins in parking lot between the road and rental unit.
(g) Sheets and towels are supplied by OWNER. Beach towels are not supplied by OWNER and are to be provided by RENTER.
(h) The house occupancy is no more than 6 people for the week.
(i) When leaving premises after your stay, food may not be left behind in the fridge.
(j) RENTER will not bring pets.
